N N Pandey is new Jharkhand election commissioner

Former additional chief secretary of Jharkhand N N Pandey today took charge as the state Election Commissioner.
Pandey, who retired from the post of Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary (Home) of the state, took charge as the Commissioner of the State Election Commission today, a government spokesperson said.
Pandey has worked on several important administrative positions in Jharkhand and earlier undivided Bihar.
He has served as Principal Secretary (Home) besides holding posts of the Cabinet Secretary and the Energy Secretary.
