Nana Patole appointed Maha Cong vice president

Congress president Rahul Gandhi today approved the appointment of ex-MP Nana Patole as the vice president of the partys Maharashtra unit.
Gandhi also named Bhai Nagrale as the general secretary of the state unit, a statement issued by All India Congress Committee general secretary Janardan Dwivedi said.
Patole had returned to the Congress from the BJP last month. He had joined the ruling party ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.
