"Naqvi has lost his balance after being subservient to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and that is why he is making such statements," Congress spokesperson Ajoy Kumar said here.
Naqvi had yesterday said in Kanpur that the Opposition talks about secularism, but when a terrorist is killed it is linked to religion.
"Congress leader Salman Khurshid had said that following Batla house encounter in Delhi, party president Sonia Gandhi couldn't sleep the whole night," he had said.
