Kabita Gurung and Usha Lama, central committee members of the organisation, were remanded in 14 days' judicial custody in a Kalimpong sub-divisional court where they were produced.
The assistant public prosecutor of the sub-divisional court said that they had been booked for taking part in the setting fire of a forest bungalow at Takdah where Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had stayed on January 29, this year.
The two were also accused of blocking national highway and destroying government property, the prosecutor said.
In another development, ration dealers in the hills were issued show-cause notices for keeping their shops closed during the agitation.
The 576 ration dealers have been given three days to respond to the notices, according to the food controller and supplier.
