Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Wednesday wished for the speedy recovery of Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama.
Patnaik conveyed his best wishes and sincere prayers on behalf of the people of Odisha, saying "The world needs him."
