"I have great regard for Bengali directors. I have been sounded by a film maker here for a role sharing screen with Prosenjit Chatterjee. Things are premature. Let's see how it unfolds," the Lunchbox actor said on the sidelines of a press meet for his upcoming Hindi film 'Miss Lovely'.
"Who won't love to work with Prosenjit Chatterjee! But things are still at a nascent stage and let's see how the project unfolds," he said.
Speaking on the delayed release of Miss Lovely, which marks the debut for director Ashim Ahluwalia and the female lead Niharika Singh, Nawazuddin said, "Now finally it is happening, so let's wait for the audience feedback."
Miss Lovely had been in the contention at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival and screened in the Toronto International Film Festival.
