The state government had nothing to exhibit in the name of achievements, PDP patriarch and former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed said at a function here.
"The performance of the state government in the past five years is a big zero and the regime has nothing to show in the name of achievements," he said.
Welcoming youths from Kathua district into the party fold, Sayeed said "the state government has done nothing to solve problems of the people."
Omar said the state government's failure to empower Panchayats was an example of undermining of the democratic institutions in the state.
He said the PDP during its tenure had taken the state on the path to development treating regions and sub-regions equally.
