The drama's renewal was announced by Netflix chief Ted Sarandos at Television Critics Association's winter press tour, reported Deadline.
'Marco Polo' stars Lorenzo Richelmy in the title role, and follows the famed explorer's exploits in Kublai Khan's court in 13th century China.
Benedict Wong, Joan Chen, Zhu Zhu, Chin Han, Rick Yune, Remy Hii and Olivia Cheng also feature in the series.
The first season, which comprised ten episodes, launched in all territories on December 12.
