Neuland Labs gets board nod to merge 2 group cos with self

Drug firm Neuland Laboratories today said its board has approved merger of Neuland Health Sciences and Neuland Pharma Research with the company.

"The Board of Directors of the company...Have in-principle approved a proposal to merge Neuland Health Sciences (holding company) and Neuland Pharma Research (subsidiary of the holding company) with Neuland Laboratories," Neuland Laboratories said in a filing to BSE

The merger is subject to all necessary approvals, it added.

The Hyderabad-based Neuland Laboratories manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and advanced intermediates.
