Ibobi Singh assured the House that he would introduce a new Bill related to the implementation of ILP system, as desired by the people of Manipur, within three months.
The chief minister invited suggestions from general public, experts, Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) and other civil society organisations to help him introduce the proposed new Bill, R K Bhagat Singh Liaison Officer (press/media), Manipur Legislative Assembly said.
Speaker Th Lokeshwar Singh had called the emergency sitting of the Manipur Assembly during the day to discuss the motion to withdraw the MRVTMW Bill, 2015.
The speaker adjourned the Assembly after the house unanimously passed the motion to withdraw MRVTMW Bill.
