Arunachal Pradesh Governor J P Rajkhowa has appointed former Higher and Technical Director Dr Joram Begi as the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of the Arunachal Pradesh State Information Commission (APSIC).
The appointment was made yesterday, an official release said here.
