Also, as per orders issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Puneet Kumar Goel, who is holding charge as Development Commissioner, will be the Commissioner of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC).
Yadav, a 1991-batch officer was also holding additional charge of the power department.
It was also decided that PK Gupta, a 1989-batch officer, will continue as Commissioner of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.
Meanwhile, 1984-batch officer Shakuntala Gamlin has taken charge of five departments -- Finance, General Administration, Services, Planning and Vigilance.
