The shooting of the film titled "Sako - 363" was inaugurated here today on the occasion of the World Earth Day, which will be completed in about 2 months and will be released internationally.
To be made under the banner of Shri Marudhara Films Pvt Ltd, this film will be shot in Jodhpur, Barmer and Nagaur districts, the locations for which have already been identified.
Producer of the film Suraj Bishnoi, who had conceived the project 7 years back, said, "We aim to give the world a message that 363 males and females of a small community of Jodhpur were so concerned about the environment three centuries back that they laid their lives in order to save the khejari trees from felling."
"In this perspective, the issue holds greater significance today, when the human being is indiscriminately pushing the earth of destruction," he said.
Interesting conditions have also been laid out during the shooting of the film. "Every artist of the film will have to strictly follow a vegetarian diet regime during the shooting, which will be carried out after holding divine 'yagna'," said Bishnoi.
