Singer Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon assaulted her, hours before she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home in Atlanta in January, says a new lawsuit filed by her conservator.
Bedelia Hargrove, the court-appointed conservator of the 22-year-old daughter of late Whitney Houston, filed a USD 10 million lawsuit against Gordon, claiming he violently assaulted her during a "loud argument", reported Us magazine.
According to the documents, the 25-year-old, who sought treatment in rehab in April after his mother caught him trying to commit suicide, dragged Kristina upstairs by the hair and knocked out her teeth before a mutual friend discovered her in the bath, where she suffered severe brain damage.
The conservator also issued a statement, saying, "Today I filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I filed this lawsuit to pursue justice on behalf of Bobbi Kristina Brown. No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured... We pray that justice will be done for her and that it will be swift."
The lawsuit also claims Gordon withdrew USD 11,000 from her account without her permission.
Kristina's family announced earlier that she was moved to hospice care as her "condition has continued to deteriorate.
