Nickel and tin weakened further at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists selling amidst lower demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, copper armiture, copper sheet cuttings and zinc eased due to weak demand from industrial users.
While, copper scrap heavy rebounded marginally owing to fresh demand from consuming industries.
Nickel dropped by Rs 25 per kg to Rs 960 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 985 and tin moved down by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,410 as against Rs 1,415.
Copper sheet cuttings edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 443 as compared Rs 445.
Copper armiture and zinc softened by Re per kg each to Rs 446 and Rs 214.
However, copper scrap heavy inched up per kg to Rs 452.
