Actress Nicollette Sheridan has filed for divorce from husband Aaron Phypers six months after tying the knot.
The 52-year-old former "Desperate Housewives" star split from her actor husband after having issues in their married life, reported US Weekly.
According to legal papers, the pair went their separate ways a month ago, and the actress is asking the judge to reject any claims Phypers may make for spousal support.
This marks the second failed marriage for Sheridan, who was briefly wed to "Mad Men" star Harry Hamlin in 1991. The actor filed for divorce in 1992, and went on to wed his current wife, Lisa Rinna, in 1997.
Sheridan was also previously engaged to Swedish personal trainer Nicklas Soderblom and singer Michael Bolton.
The divorce is Sheridan's latest legal issue as she continues with her long-running court battle with "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry.
She filed suit against show bosses in 2010, claiming she had been written out of the comedy/drama in 2009 because she had made a formal complaint about Cherry allegedly hitting her on the head.
The case went to trial in 2012, but the jury could not reach a majority verdict and it was declared a mistrial.
Last October, Sheridan was given fresh hope after Court of Appeals officials overturned a previous ruling, which denied her a retrial, due to changes in the California Labor Code.
The new court date is set for June 5, 2017 and Sheridan's former castmates Eva Longoria, Felicity Huffman, Teri Hatcher, and Marcia Cross have been named to the witness list.
