Actress Nidhhi Agerwal, who makes her debut opposite Tiger Shroff in "Munna Michael", has injured herself during the shoot of a song here.
Niddhi was shooting for a highlight song for "Munna Michael" at a suburban studio and on the third day of the shoot. She said she happened to injure herself as the tough choreography required her to land on her knees.
"There was an intense dance sequence for which I had to prepare five-eight hours a day for almost a week which involved this one step where I had to jump up and land on the knees," Nidhhi said in a statement.
"It started swelling... Its only when it didn't go away a few days later that Sabbir sir (referring to director Sabbir Khan) insisted I go to the doctor. That's when I found out I had this internal blood clot," she said.
It was much later that Nidhhi found out from the doctor that she actually suffered a ligament tear following the injury.
