Benchmark Nifty witnessed lacklustre trading for the second straight day today as investors awaited the US Federal Reserve's policy decision for further cues.

Among the losers, Auto, Realty and Private Bank indices slipped the most, losing 0.60 per cent, 0.53 per cent, and 0.48 per cent, respectively.
Index losers included BPCL, Hero Motoco, Tata Motors and Sun Pharma.
However, Dr Reddy's, Bank of Baroda, Tata Steel, ITC and ONGC ended with gains.
