"As for expansion, we are planning to launch our call taxi operations in Bengaluru in Karnataka and the national capital of Delhi soon. In a month or two, we would initiate background work for the operations," S Ilango, Head-Call Taxi Operations said.
Interacting with journalists at a press conference here, where NTL has stressed that it had in place all the safety and security arrangements both for customers and drivers, Ilango said initially NTL would operate with 500 cabs in Bengaluru and Delhi and later it would add more vehicles into its fleet.
NTL Call Taxi is a subsidiary of New Travel Liines (India) Pvt Ltd operating across Tamil Nadu through its direct and franchisee offices since 1999.
