The first signs of aggravated hostility appeared today when 10 more students of the school filed written complaints against Principal Kajal Rani Sinha at the local Mangalabag police accusing her of harassing them physically and mentally.
The police have already booked the principal on a written complaint by a victim student.
Following five days of turmoil inside the campus in which the striking students demanded removal of Sinha from the helm of school affairs, the State government closed the school sine die since Thursday night asking the students to vacate their hostels by Friday morning.
"We have requested the Collector to suspend the principal pending an enquiry against her and take measures to reopen the school as soon as possible," said the students after meeting the Collector.
