"I wish to appeal to all to observe Shahid Diwas as 'Desh Diwas' and do good work according to one's wish for the country. We all should together to do some good work for the country so that the martyrs rest in peace," Kejriwal said.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi will also observe Shahid Diwas in the Delhi Legislative Assembly to mark the occasion.
Shahid Diwas is celebrated in memory of revolutionaries Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru, who were hanged by India's British rulers on March 23, 1931.
