According to a notification issued by the department of Parliamentary Affairs today, Governor S C Jamir would address the House at 11 am on the opening day on February 3.
Besides presentation of the vote-on-account for the year 2014-15, this last session of the assembly would also witness presentation and passing of the much awaited Odisha Lokayukta Bill.
This will be the last session of the 14th State Assembly as the term of the present government completes in April, 2014.
