"The documentary films will be prepared on the lives and dedication of late Purosottam Nayak and late Brundaban Tripathy," Information and Public Relations Minister Atanu S Nayak said after a meeting.
Information and Public Relations department will make the documentaries.
Purosottam Nayak, who passed away last year at the age of 104, was vice-president of All India Freedom Fighters Samiti. Hailing from Kendrapara district, he was jailed several times during his struggle for Independence, the minister said.
Both Nayak and Tripathy were close to Mahatma Gandhi and followed his non-violence ideology, he said.
