One held in cheating case
The man, native of Karunagapally here, had given his name as Suryanarayana Murthy of IPS Delhi cadre, police said.
He cheated the lady doctor of a private hospital in Kollam to the tune of Rs 30 lakh and a car while she was working at Kozhencherry, they said.
He also cheated over 12 people of Rs 15 lakh at Kochi, Kollam and Karunagapally, police said.
