Kailash Roy (40) of Gopalpur in Bihar's Bhagalpur district was arrested, while he was at the railway station here.
"During the course of interrogation, we came to know he was one of the accused in the double murder case of May 6, 2015," a senior police officer said.
With Roy, the total number of arrested persons in the double murder case increased to three. Earlier, the police had arrested Anirudha Kumar alias Banti (22) and Harendra Baral alias Bhola (20) from Berhampur in Bihar's Munger district.
The accused had fled to their native villages via Icchapur after the incident.
"There were ten persons allegedly involved in the case and all were from Bihar. While two persons have died, three others have been arrested," said inspector-in charge, Baidyanathpur police station, A K Mishra.
A police team was likely to go Bihar to locate the other accused persons.
