The injured, Muralidhara Jena was first admitted to Khallikote hospital and them shifted to MKCG Medical College and Hospital here. His condition stated to be out of danger, police sources said.

At least two persons, including the son of the sarpanch have been arrested on Saturday in connection with the allegedly attack of husband of samiti member, said sub divisional police officer, Chhatrapur A.Ch Pahi. The arrested persons are Shankara Sahu, son of the sarpanch and Dibakara Barika of the same village, police said.
