Arpita worked with Ghosh in "Asukh", "Utsab" and "Satyanweshi" while it is the first time that Onir has directed her.
"Onir has many similarities with Rituparno da. Rituda used to choreograph every scene. And the word choreography is not related to dance only. Every scene needs to choreographed in a film. He had a great eye for detailing, in set designing and costumes and I find the same thing in Onir."
Aprita describes her character in the movie, slated to release on June 30, as a "strong and independent" woman with a mystery.
