In a filing to the BSE, DLF said that OppenheimerFunds Inc, registered as an FII in India, sold one crore shares on May 5 through open market.
At the closing price of Rs 139 on May 5, the shares would be worth about Rs 139 crore.
Post this transaction, OppenheimerFunds stake in DLF has come down to 2.91 per cent from 3.47 per cent, the filing added.
The shares of DLF, the country's largest realty firm, fell by 0.14 per cent at Rs 140.20 apiece on BSE.
