"The decision to divest the entire stake by the company in Orient Green Power (Maharashtra) was taken at a meeting of the Investment and Borrowing Committee Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on November 6," Orient Green Power Company Ltd has informed BSE today.
According to statement, the company will enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sindicatum Captive Energy Singapore Pte Limited (Sindicatum) to divest the entire stake held in Orient Green Power (Maharashtra) Private Limited towards sale of 20 MW co-generation power project in Kolhapur, Maharashtra subject to all required approvals.
