Orissa High Court urged to reopen PILs on mining scam

As the Orissa High Court verdict on PILs seeking CBI enquiry into the multi-crore mining scam in the state is kept reserved after completion of its hearing, one of the petitioners today filed a case questioning the sincerity of the ongoing vigilance probe into the matter.
