Over 20,000 spl buses to ply during Deepavali

: Around 21,000 special buses would be operated during the coming Deepavali festival to clear the extra rush of passengers, Tamil Nadu Government said today.
The 21,289 special buses will be operated from October 26 to October 28 to various destinations including Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry, Bengaluru, Ernakulam from various parts of the city and State, a press release from State Transport Corporation said.
Deepavali is scheduled to be celebrated on October 29.
