Over 5,000 students trained by Kendriya Hindi Sansthan:

The Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (KHS)here has helped in promoting Hindi across the globe by training more than 5,000 students from over 30 countries in the last four decades, an official said.
KHS the educational arm of the HRD Ministry was established in 1960 and conducts training programmes for teachers and researchers at the national and international levels, in-charge of evening courses at KHS, Keshri Nandan, told PTI on the occasion of Hindi Divas.
"The institute has promoted Hindi globally by training over 5,000 students from over 30 countries in the last four decades," he said.
Nearly 90 students from more than 25 countries, including China, South Korea, South Africa, Armenia, have joined the courses this year, the professor said.
To promote Hindi, new centres will be opened soon in the north-east, Director KHS Nand Kishor Pandey said.
