In a complaint filed with Colva police station under section 216 of IPC, Rodrigues said, "as per reliable information, the accused (Pacheco) is holed up at 10, Akbar Road (Delhi) and was being sheltered by Parrikar in his official bungalow."
Superintendent of Police Shekhar Prabhudesai confirmed the development and said that police would examine the complaint before taking further action.
Pacheco's conviction for slapping a government employee was recently upheld by the Supreme Court, following which he went missing. Rodrigues has said that police should have checked the phone call details of both Pacheco and Parrikar.
