Pakistan has conveyed its inability to send its Minister for Disaster Risk Reduction for the Asian conference to be held on November 3-5, a senior Home Ministry official said.
No reason for Pakistan's non participation in the event has been specified but the ongoing hostilities between India and Pakistan could be the prime reason for Islamabad's non- participation in the conference to be held in New Delhi.
