Gohar, which received 55 mm of rain since yesterday, was the wettest in the region, followed by Kasauli 30 mm, Jogindernagar 29 mm, Bijahi 28 mm, Dharamshala and Una both 21 mm, Baijnath 20 mm, Gaggal 15 mm and Sunni Bajji 13 mm of precipitation.
Una, which recorded a high of 37.6 degrees Celsius, was the hottest in the state, followed by Bhuntar 33.6 degrees Celsius, Sundernagar 33.5 degrees Celsius, Kangra 33.2 degrees Celsius, Dharamshala 28.8 degrees Celsius, Solan 28 degrees Celsius, Nahan 27.6 degrees Celsius, Manali 24.2 degrees Celsius and Shimla 23.7 degrees Celsius.
The weatherman has predicted a wet spell in the region for next six days and heavy rains at isolated places in mid and lower hills on July 10.
