Bharwain in Kangra district was the wettest with rainfall of 75 mm while Manali and Jhandutta received 22 mm and 20 mm of rains respectively. Jubbal received 15 mm rainfall followed by Keylong 9 mm and, Shimla and Kalpa 7 mm each, the MeT department here said.
Night temperatures dropped to 4.4 degrees Celsius and 4.8 degrees Celsius at Keylong and Kalpa respectively while Manali shivered at 6 degrees Celsius.
The mercury dropped to 9.5 degrees Celsius in Shimla while Dharamsala and Solan recorded a low of 10.8 degrees Celsius and 13 degrees Celsius respectively.
The local MeT office has predicted rains or thundershowers at isolated places in the lower and mid hills and rains or snowfall in the higher hills over next five days from tomorrow.
