The blonde beauty shared the image on Instagram from her 19th birthday celebrations over the weekend.
Schwarzenegger is thought to have been getting cosy with his new blonde beauty since September.
"Their relationship has heated up quickly. She knows all of Patrick's close friends by now," a source said.
Champion even attended Schwarzenegger mother Maria Shriver's star-studded 60th birthday party at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills in November, along with a guest list that included Oprah Winfrey, Tom Hanks and Stevie Wonder.
