Actor Paul Schneider will not be returning to 'Parks and Recreation' for the final season, according to producer Michael Schur.
Schneider, 38, appeared in the first two seasons of the NBC comedy series as Pawnee city planner Mark Brendanawicz, an unrequited love interest for Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), reported Digital Spy.
Many past cast members are returning for the end of 'Parks and Recreation', but Schur has warned viewers not to expect to see Brendanawicz back in Pawnee.
"You're not going to see him, no. There's no plan to have him back," Schur said.
Schur was also asked to speculate on how Mark Brendanawicz's life had turned out since he left City Hall.
"I'd like to believe that he found a job that he liked more than the one he had, because his job drove him a little bit crazy," he explained.
"Like everybody else who is on the show, I want to believe that their future is better than their past.
