"We are using Watson Customer Engagement on IBM cloud and IBM's loyalty management system (LMS) to create more personal, content-rich and connected experiences for customers," PAYBACK India CEO Gautam Kaushik said.
The solutions are being deployed and the benefits will begin to reflect over the next few months, he added.
The companies, however, did not comment on the financial details of the partnership.
These solutions are aimed at providing customers and partners with a more personalised and real-time experience, he said.
"The solutions will help PAYBACK analyse customer behaviour, spend patterns and journey mapping. Digital is changing retail experience for customers and companies across the world are investing in new tools to tap into the opportunity," IBM India/South Asia VP Sales Chetan Naik said.
