Payu India appoints Maneesh Goel as CFO

Naspers-backed PayU India has appointed former CEO of Den Snapdeal TV Shop Maneesh Goel as its new Chief Financial Officer.
As part of his new role at PayU India, Goel would directly report to Aakash Moondhra, CFO, PayU Global, the online payment service provider said in a statement.
With over 19 years of experience, Goel has also been associated with iDiscoveri Education and Getit Infoservices Pvt Ltd (Askme.Com).

Kloseby secures $1,00,000 funding
* Kloseby, a startup specialising in proximity solutions, has raised USD 1,00,000 seed funding from an undisclosed investor.

The investment will be used for building the technology, hardware (beacons) and expanding the tech team, Kloseby said in a statement.

In the next 3 years, Kloseby is targeting to acquire 10 million users and create a proximity network of over 50,000 beacons in 20 cities in India, it added.
