The building of ADR Centre, Amritsar, has been constructed by Punjab Legal Services Authority of Chandigarh.
The mechanism of alternative disputes shall be available in this building, such as mediation, lok adalat, permanent lok adalat (public utility services), arbitration, conciliation, an official statement said here.
Three mediation rooms have been constructed in this building where advocates trained as mediators shall assist the parties to resolve their conflict through the techniques of mediation.
