PCBL Q4 net jumps nine fold to Rs 28cr

Phillips Carbon Black Limited today reported a sharp jump in net profit in the fourth quarter ending March 17' to Rs 28.14 crore, an over nine-fold growth.
"PAT has jumped sharply on account of doubling the value added products volume, internal efficiency and better customer mix," PCBL managing director Kaushik Roy told PTI.
He said revenue from operations also increased by about 20 per cent to Rs 605.31 crore for the quarter compared to the FY16' same period sales of Rs 505.10 crore.
