PDP has emerged as alternative to NC: Mufti

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today said after coming to power the party will accommodate aspirations of all regions and sub-regions of the state and work to remove trust deficit among different regions.
"PDP has earned the credibility of the people through its convictions and commitments," PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed said here.
He said the agenda of his party is to fulfil wishes and aspirations of all sections of the society.
Mufti promised PDP, in its vision document, will accommodate aspirations of all regions and sub-regions of the state.
"It is my desire to remove trust deficit among different regions of the state," he said and expressed satisfaction that PDP has emerged as a "strong force" in the whole state as people have faith on the leadership of this party.

Mufti said the aim of his party was not only to attain power but to uphold dignity and honour of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
"One of the biggest achievements of PDP is that people of Jammu and Kashmir have accepted this party as alternative to National Conference," he said.
