"He has confessed to friends he wants to put it on the market once police have finished investigating the April 7 death of her," a source said.
On April 21, Cohen will attend Peaches' private funeral alongside Bob Geldof, 62, and sisters Fifi-Trixibelle, 31, Pixie, 24, and Tiger-Lily, 17, and close friends.
The invitation-only service is at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence church in Davington, Kent, where she and Thomas married in August 2012.
