Addressing a press conference here, Savara said focus will be on providing better medical services, education, eradicating malnutrition and increasing communication services in the region.
He said that to combat large number of malnutrition deaths in villages of Jawhar, Mokhada, Wavar and Wangni, government had set up office of Additional Collector at Jawhar but no concrete steps were taken in solving it.
To discuss various issues, Savara said, a meeting will be soon held with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
