The Udaipur-based company had clocked a net profit of Rs 70.84 crore in the year-ago period.
Net income fell to Rs 500.32 crore in October-December period of 2016-17 fiscal, from Rs 523.71 crore in same period a year ago, the company said in a BSE filing.
However, the company's expenses came down to Rs 415.21 crore from Rs 434.26 crore, as also tax burden reduced to Rs 3.28 crore from Rs 23.84 crore in the said period.
