Pippa Middleton wins high court injunction on phone hack

Pippa Middleton, younger sister of Duchess of Cambridge, was today granted an injunction banning publishing of 3,000 private photos allegedly hacked from her iCloud account.
Pippa, 33, had launched civil court action after her account was said to have been hacked and Scotland Yard arrested a 35-year-old man on suspicion of a 'Computer Misuse Act' offence on Saturday.
The injunction obtained at the High Court by Pippa and her fiance James Matthews, 40, blocks publication of the photos.
The allegations emerged after private pictures were reportedly offered to 'The Sun' via encrypted messaging service WhatsApp.
The photos included images of the Duchess Kate Middleton, her husband Prince William and the couple's children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Middleton has taken legal action in the Queen's Bench Division of the UK high court, where judges analyse claims relating to issues including libel, personal injury, negligence and privacy.
Around 3,000 private photographs are believed to have been stolen and 'The Sun' said it had been approached by someone using a pseudonym and asking for 50,000 pounds within 48 hours.
