The maximum temperature was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year while the minimum settled a notch below the season's average at 19.8 degrees Celsius, Met department officials said.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature has settled at a normal of 34 degrees Celsius, and the minimum was registered at 20.3 degrees Celsius.
High humidity continued to persist in the city between 85 and 39 per cent, they said.
For tomorrow, the Met department predicted clear sky with the maximum and minimum temperatures expected to be 34 and 20 degrees Celsius respectively.
