PM's visit to J and K a 'failure': Hurriyat

Terming the visit of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Jammu and Kashmir as a "failure", moderate Hurriyat Conference today said the Centre should stop looking at Kashmir as an economic or administrative problem and see it in the context of regional peace.
The visit of the Prime Minister could have turned "fruitful" if he had announced "some bold steps to solve the Kashmir issue," a statement issued by the separatist outfit said.
