PNB Housing Finance Q2 net profit up 51 pc at Rs 208 cr

Mortgage firm PNB Housing Finance today reported a 51 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 208 crore for the second quarter ended September.
It had earned profit of Rs 138 crore in the July- September quarter of the last financial year.
The company's total income for the quarter under review stood at Rs 1,316 crore, up from Rs 970 crore in the year-ago period, PNB Housing Finance said in a statement.
Its gross non-performing assets (GNPAs) rose to 0.34 per cent of gross advances from 0.26 per cent a year ago.
During the quarter, the company disbursed loan worth Rs 7,385 crore.
Asset under Management (AUM) rose 47 per cent to Rs 51,320 crore at the end of September.
